Executive Director  
Charlotte Staelin is a former college professor, (Ph.D. University of Michigan, 1977), who joined the staff of CMUS in September 2005.  Previously she has served as the director of other community organizations like Colchester Farm Community Supported Agriculture; the Delaware Humanities Council; and a women’s re-entry program at California State University .  She has served on a variety of other non-profit boards that include the Phelps Stokes Fund (minority education programs) and the Cecil County Community College Foundation Board.  Charlotte has a half-time appointment with CMUS.  (She is also  mother of three and grandmother of six).

Office Volunteers
There are many ways to help CMUS through volunteer work.  Currently we have two people who work in the office every week.  Helen Billings answers the phones and helps in many ways every Friday.  Cyndy Bourke, who is here four days a week, is developing a marketing and outreach plan for CMUS.

Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 3:00 .
